After a life time of studying food, (including nearly 20 years in restaurant/hospitality),herbal and holistic approaches to health and practicing vegetarianism for the past 25 years Mark chose to combine his knowledge and previous experiences by pursuing a career as a Licensed Massage Therapist. He graduated Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and is very passionate about his work and further education and hopes to one day study Tui Na and Acupuncture in China.
